Case Study: Anthologie

From Challenge To Triumph
Anthologie is an award-winning strategic design and digital consultancy with experience supporting high-growth organisations to navigate complexity. The company has a team of 20 employees comprised of multidisciplinary researchers, producers, designers and developers, and is known for delivering high-quality work for its clients. However, they struggled with inefficient and outdated business processes, which affected their productivity and ability to meet deadlines. That’s where Zhamatix stepped in to help.

Organisational Challenges

  1. Inefficient business processes

  2. Lack of transparency

  3. Limited automation

Strategic Response
Zhamatix started by conducting an assessment of Anthologie’s existing processes and identified areas for improvement, utilising industry best practice of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) to visualise and model existing processes to identify gaps. Zhamatix led the co-design of new and desired processes, which included streamlined project initiation, execution, and delivery stages. We then implemented Asana, a market-leading work and project management tool, to automate workflows and improve collaboration. Asana was configured and optimised to align with the new processes and automated tasks, such as creating tasks, assigning responsibilities, setting due dates, sending notifications, and allowing Anthologie’s clients to submit creative requests for prompt action.

Result
After implementing the new processes and Asana, Anthologie’s team experienced significant improvements in productivity, efficiency, and client satisfaction. The new processes reduced the time required for project initiation and execution, resulting in faster project delivery and increased client satisfaction.
